Its principal, John Wazowicz, has more than 30 years of experience in executive finance positions, advisory, consulting and audit roles where he has developed expertise in finance function leadership, IPO readiness and registration execution, financial reporting, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC reporting compliance, technical accounting matters, financial planning, analysis and budgeting, due diligence, audit support and other elements of corporate finance functions.  Where applicable, education, training, guidance and knowledge transfer are embedded into the provision of services to enable sustainable transition of responsibilities to in-house personnel at the appropriate time.​
